Return & Refund Guidelines

At Bismi Trader (S) Pte Ltd, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality and fresh products.

If you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1) Fruits, Vegetables, Chilled Items, Meat & Seafood

Due to the perishable nature of these products:

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.

  • Clear photographic and videographic evidence must be provided showing the defect, damage, or quality issue.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours (1 day) from the time of delivery.

2) Other Items (Non-Perishable Products)

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable).

Proof is Mandatory

To process any return or refund request, the following must be provided:

  • Order number or receipt

  • Clear photos and videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

Refund Options

  • For refunds above $10, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For refunds $10 and below, the amount may be credited as store credit/reward points to your account for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If an exchange is approved:

  • The returned product will be collected (if required).

  • A replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • We encourage customers to inspect items at the time of delivery.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
